SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped to the 48 contiguous States only, NO exceptions.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

If we are shipping your order to any state except Michigan, it is not subject to any state sales tax. Orders shipped to Michigan are charged a 6% state sales tax. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly.

Note: Special arrangements can be made to ship to Alaska and to Hawaii. Call us or send us your shipping address and we will quote you freight costs. No shipping to APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

Great Inflatable Kayaks usually ships within 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) upon receipt of payment. Tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the item has been shipped.

Great Inflatable Kayaks is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to invalid information or causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide. Great Inflatable Kayaks.com will only refund shipping charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and has issued credit to Great Inflatable Kayaks.com. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final. Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to Great Inflatable Kayaks.com when placing an order. Customer must provide the correct ship-to address because all shippers charge a fee if an incorrect address has been provided to them. These fees will be transferred to the customer who provides an incorrect ship-to address. Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than "Ship To" Name and Address.
